About Us

George & Barbara look forward to welcoming you to Fish Hoek and our delightful self-contained cottage overlooking the sea. Semi retired, enthusiastic residents of the most beautiful diverse city in the world, we love to travel, but also love to show local and international visitors just how to enjoy our city. Imparting knowledge of Cape Town through general interests and qualifications in wine, geography and history allows us to carry on learning through sharing.

Now well established in hosting at our self-catering cottage, we have a good track record with guests and enjoy sharing our unique property overlooking the beautiful Fish Hoek Bay.
George is reasonably fluent in English & Afrikaans, but Barbara also speaks more than passable German.
